Mechanical bag pulling registration drift on bagging machines is usually checked through engagement status, component coordination, clamping force, locking structure, and compression spring condition. If non-standard parts such as bag pulling clamps, one-way anti-reverse mechanisms, or roller bearings in the bag length adjustment rod are worn or need to be remade to site dimensions, we can custom machine them according to customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports single-piece and small-batch delivery.

Engagement problems

Encoder angle calibration: when the bag pulling cam reaches its highest point, check whether the encoder angle is around 120 degrees. If there is a deviation, adjust it to the standard value to ensure mechanical action and electrical signals are synchronized.

Photoelectric sensor adjustment: confirm that the photoelectric sensor is aligned with the color mark. The brake should engage immediately. If it does not engage, check electrical components such as wiring connections and sensor sensitivity. If the brake does not engage tightly, disassemble and inspect the internal structure, such as friction plate wear and spring elasticity, and replace damaged parts if necessary.

Bag not clamped or slipping

Action coordination check: observe whether the bag pulling action is synchronized with sealing, cutting, virtual cutting, and diamond tear notch actions. If there is a time difference, adjust the mechanical drive chain or PLC program to reduce bag pulling resistance.

Clamp pressure adjustment: if slipping is caused by insufficient clamp pressure, increase friction by adjusting the bag pulling tension device, such as cylinder pressure or spring tension.

Bag not tightly clamped or moving backward

Clamp pressure reinforcement: directly adjust the tightness of the bag pulling clamp to ensure the bag is held firmly.

One-way anti-reverse mechanism adjustment: check the gap between the lower paper pressing plate and the paper pressing spring plate to ensure the bag can only move forward and cannot move backward, similar to a one-way bearing function. If the gap is too large, reduce it by adjusting the screw. If the spring plate is deformed, replace it with a new part.

Bag not locked tightly

Tie rod and screw tightening: check whether the nuts on all tie rods of the bag pulling parts and the screws fixing the joint bearings are loose. If there is a gap, tighten them one by one to avoid mechanical shaking that affects bag pulling accuracy.

Bearing condition check: confirm whether the roller bearing in the bag length adjustment rod and the bearing in the brake fixing seat are stuck or damaged. If the bearing does not rotate freely, clean or replace it. When adjusting the locking screw of the bag length adjustment rod, avoid over-tightening that causes the roller bearing to seize. Keep appropriate movement space.

Compression spring problems

Compression spring condition assessment: disassemble the brake connection seat and check whether the compression spring is over-compressed, bent, deformed, or broken.

Buffer amount adjustment: if a compression spring problem causes insufficient buffer amount in the bag length adjustment rod, such as excessive deviation when set to 80 mm, replace it with a qualified compression spring or adjust its preload to ensure bag length fluctuation stays within the allowed range.

Our custom precision parts machining capability is not limited to bagging machines. In addition to parts for food packaging machinery, pharmaceutical packaging equipment, and daily chemical packaging machinery, Hansheng Automation can machine filling machinery parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, building materials machinery parts, and ceramic machinery parts according to drawings. We also machine non-standard parts such as yacht precision parts and RC car precision parts, supporting drawing-based customization and small-batch delivery.
