The common parts for plastic bag corner rounding machines fall into four groups by function, nine items in total.
1. Cutting core parts
Cutting die
A key part of the corner rounding machine, used for smooth radius punching at the corners of plastic bags. It fits vertical and horizontal packaging machines from various brands, supports custom sizes such as R0.25 to R1, and can produce single, multi-lane, and irregular corner radii for many bag types. On some models, the cutting die is fixed on a die holder, and the die holder sits in a locating slot, so it does not loosen or shift under load.
Blade
Used to press dashed lines, tear lines, and similar features into the plastic bag surface. Common types include dashed-line blades for pneumatic holders with bearing circular blades, dashed perforating rollers for creasing machines, and point-cut circular blades for tear lines on bag making machines.
2. Punching and forming parts
Punch
Used for punching plastic bags, supporting small round holes and irregular holes, with non-standard customization available. Common types include R-corner plastic bag punching machines and bag making machine punches.
Punch and hole core
Some parts use European special steel supplied by the European original manufacturer, with heat treatment and cryogenic treatment completed at a direct-run Shanghai factory. Performance meets European standards, wear resistance is good, and machining accuracy can reach the 1 μm level.
3. Mounting and adjustment parts
Die holder mounting bracket
L-shaped and attached to the outer corner of the limit block. It has a die holder locating slot for precise positioning of the die holder.
Adjusting bolt
Set on the flange at the top of the die holder, used to adjust and fix the die holder position.

4. Pneumatic and clamping parts
Cylinder
For example, the cylinders used on an extended-feed pneumatic punching machine with four R corner rounding units have a bore commonly of 40, strokes of 12 and 15, and a normal working pressure range of 0.3 to 1.0 MPa.
Suction cup
A pneumatic part for mechanical hands, used to hold and fix plastic bags. Common types include bag opening suction cups for food packaging machines and high-strength suction nozzles for pouch feeding machines.
Clamping piece
A pneumatic component dedicated to industrial vacuum machines and pouch packaging machines, used to clamp plastic bags, such as the rubber bag clamping clip for pouch packaging machine manipulators.
