Pea processing equipment, from raw material pretreatment to finished product packaging, uses spare parts in five functional categories: cleaning, peeling, crushing and sorting, conveying and transmission, and auxiliary systems.
1. Cleaning system
Removes impurities and light materials from raw peas. Main parts:
Perforated or woven screens with different apertures to match cleaning granularity and separate sand, mud, straw, and other solid impurities.
Vibration motors to provide excitation force for vibrating cleaning machines.
Support springs to cushion vibration loads during screening.
Fan impellers and duct sealing strips to separate light impurities such as shriveled kernels and dust by air classification.
2. Peeling system
Pea peeling is a core processing step. Common parts:
Sand-textured or smooth grinding rollers to remove pea seed coats by friction. Sand-textured rollers are used for dry peeling.
Carbide scrapers to periodically clean pea skins and debris adhering to the roller surface, maintaining peeling efficiency.
Heavy-duty rolling bearing housings to support high-speed, stable roller operation.
Food-grade silicone gaskets to contain dust in the peeling chamber, complying with GB 4806-2016, General Safety Requirements for Food Contact Materials and Articles.
We can machine grinding rollers, scrapers, bearing housings, gaskets, and other parts to customer drawings, for single pieces or small batches.
3. Crushing and sorting system
Crushes peeled peas for grading or removes discolored impurities. Core parts:
Smooth or toothed crushing rollers to process peeled peas into granules of a specified particle size.
Multi-layer perforated grading screens to classify material by particle size.
Color sorter-specific parts: high-speed solenoid valves, CCD lens protective covers, and sorting nozzles to quickly reject discolored or damaged defective products.
Rubber liners for specific gravity sorting tables to improve material stratification and separation of plump kernels from fragments.
4. Conveying and transmission system
Runs through the entire process, handling material and power transfer. Common parts:
Food-grade PU or PVC conveyor belts, complying with GB 4806-2016 food contact standards, odorless and wear-resistant.
Timing pulleys and tensioners to ensure transmission accuracy and prevent belt slippage.
Idlers and galvanized rollers to support smooth conveyor belt operation and reduce friction loss.
Horizontal gear motors to provide stable, controllable drive power.
5. Auxiliary systems
Support the processing environment and finished product packaging. Core parts:
Food-grade water pumps and mechanical seal rings for water supply in wet cleaning.
Packaging machine parts: metering screws, sealing heating bars, and thermal transfer print heads for quantitative packaging and labeling of finished products.
Dust collection system parts: polyester fiber filter bags and pulse solenoid valves to collect dust during processing and improve the workshop environment.
Silo level sensors and discharge valves to automatically control material inventory and discharge rate.
Beyond pea processing equipment, our precision component machining capability also covers non-standard parts for grain processing machinery, feed machinery, and pharmaceutical packaging machinery, as well as precision structural parts for yachts and RC race cars. Hansheng Automation machines single pieces or small batches to customer drawings, with material, tolerance, and surface finish specified by the drawing.
