Zhicheng hard-pack cigarette fully automatic three-dimensional packaging machine (Hard Pack Series): produced by Zhongshan Zhicheng Automation Technology Co., Ltd. It is suitable for 84 mm and 100 mm conventional hard packs, slim, medium, and short cigarettes, as well as special-shaped hard packs. It uses a high-precision servo cam mechanism for folding and heat sealing, and integrates a tear tape processing system. The single-machine speed is 150–200 packs per minute, with a good product rate of ≥99.9% during continuous 24-hour operation.
