Powder packaging machines, also referred to as powder filling machines, are a general term for equipment used to automatically and quantitatively package powdery or powdered materials. They can automatically complete metering, filling, sealing, and cutting operations, and are suitable for small-bag or medium-sized packaging in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and pesticides. Common materials include milk powder, starch, pesticides, veterinary drugs, premixes, additives, seasonings, feed, and enzyme preparations. Based on packaging method and structural characteristics, powder packaging machines are mainly divided into quantitative powder packaging machines, screw-feeding quantitative packaging machines, and small-dose powder packaging machines.

1. Quantitative Powder Packaging Machine

This type is suitable for quantitative packaging of powdery and powdered materials in industries such as chemicals, food, and agricultural by-products. It can work with various containers, including bags, cans, and bottles. The equipment integrates mechanical, electronic, optical, and instrumentation technologies and is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. It provides automatic quantitative measurement, automatic filling, and automatic correction of metering errors. Its main features include the use of screw feeding and photoelectric control technology to improve speed, combined with stepper motors and electronic weighing technology to ensure accuracy. It can also automatically track and correct errors caused by changes in material density and level. The parts in contact with materials are mostly made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and prevention of cross-contamination.

Key technical parameters include: power supply AC380V 900W, packaging accuracy ±1%, packaging specification 5g–5000g (filling components need to be replaced for different specifications), packaging speed 1500–2500 bags/hour, total weight 280kg, and overall dimensions 1000×850×1850mm.

Since filling components need to be replaced when packaging specifications change, and screw feeding mechanisms, photoelectric detection assemblies, and stepper motor mounting bases are critical structural parts, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining services for these non-standard components based on customer drawings, supporting material selection and tolerance control to meet different materials and packaging container requirements.

2. Screw-Feeding Quantitative Packaging Machine

This is a screw-feeding automatic quantitative packaging machine mainly used for medium and small specification quantitative packaging of powdery materials such as pesticides, fertilizers, veterinary drugs, additives, laundry detergent, salt, and monosodium glutamate.

Its features include: a double-screw feeding method controlled by a servo motor, providing relatively high accuracy and speed; material-contact parts made of high-quality 304 stainless steel to reduce contamination; a simple overall structure for easy disassembly and cleaning; and relatively convenient operation and maintenance.

Main parameters: packaging specification 1–10 kg/bag, power 220V 50Hz 750W, packaging speed 240–480 bags/hour, packaging accuracy ±0.5%, overall dimensions 1250×1000×2000mm, weight 260kg.

3. Small-Dose Powder Packaging Machine

This type is a small-dose quantitative packaging device suitable for small packaging of powdery materials in industries such as chemicals, food, and agricultural by-products. It is especially suitable for quantitative packaging of relatively valuable products.

Its features include: microcomputer control with adjustable parameters and automatic error correction; convenient use without restrictions from the production site; good corrosion resistance without contaminating materials; and material-contact parts made of 304 stainless steel, complying with food and pharmaceutical packaging standards.

Main technical parameters: power supply AC220V 300W, packaging accuracy 1%, packaging range 5g–100g/bag, packaging speed 1500–2500 bags/hour, housing material painted steel.

The above are the common classifications of powder packaging machines. Different models vary in metering method, feeding structure, and packaging specifications. Users can select appropriate equipment according to material characteristics, packaging containers, and production capacity.
