The head of the CASBOT 01 is equipped with multiple RGBD cameras, sensors such as lidar and IMU, which are capable of both visual and auditory interaction. Its five-finger bionic dexterous hand adopts a bionic design with a highly compact overall mechanism and the integration of drive-sensor-control system, which makes the robot more handy in fine operation.
In addition to the perfect mechanical design visible to the naked eye, at the technical level, Lingbao CASBOT has put a lot of effort into it.
According to reports, the company has independently developed three series of integrated joints of planetary, harmonic and straight line, with a peak torque density of up to 207Nm/kg and an efficiency of more than 80%. Through a series of advanced control technologies, such as vibration suppression, inertia recognition, friction compensation, etc., the high-precision "torque ring" control effect is realized, in addition, CASBOT 01 also adopts a set of motion control framework that combines adversarial motion prior and whole body control (WBC) to ensure that the robot can operate robustly in a variety of complex and dynamic environments.

At the press conference, CASBOT 01 also released "ONE MORE THING" on behalf of the host - "CASBOT NEXT GEN", an upgraded version of CASBOT 01, scheduled to be released in 2025.
