Figure Announces Breakthrough in Bipedal Walking Technology For Next-Generation Humanoid Robot F.03

On May 28, 2025, Figure CEO Brett Adcock announced that the third-generation humanoid robot F.03 had "officially begun walking," praising its hardware system as "state-of-the-art" and expressing high hopes for its future.

The accompanying image shows the F.03 in a bipedal form (design details kept confidential), with a focus on cost control and mass production, planned to be manufactured using injection molding and die-casting processes. Its predecessor, the Figure 02, completed a 20-hour continuous operation test at a BMW factory.

 

The company has simultaneously launched hundreds of job openings, including multiple AI engineers, to accelerate intelligent research and development. The achievement of bipedal locomotion represents a key breakthrough for new humanoid robots, though a complete walking video has not yet been released.
