The material first enters the vibrating screen of the spiral soybean screening machine as the first processing stage. On the first layer of screen mesh, larger stones and impurities are separated and discharged through the impurity outlet. The screened material is then guided to the second layer of screen mesh, where it is further classified to ensure that the final output is high-purity commercial grain.

When the material reaches the screen surface, it is affected by the reverse airflow from the fish-scale screen surface. This airflow causes materials of different specific gravities to follow different movement paths: heavier materials are pushed forward and enter the next cleaning stage, while lighter materials such as moldy seeds are blown backward. The internal spiral auger then discharges these light impurities through the impurity outlet.

For such screening components as fish-scale screens, screen frames, and internal spiral augers, Hansheng Automation provides custom-machined parts according to customer drawings.

According to publicly available information, the spiral soybean screening machine is suitable for various applications, including small and medium-sized grain collectors, food processing plants, feed mills, farms, and breweries. The design of this screening machine aims to improve working efficiency while ensuring material purity during the screening process.
