1. Material Reception
Material in the storage tank is delivered to the center distributor through pipes. The storage tank is usually equipped with a level sensor and a feed solenoid valve to maintain a stable material supply and liquid level.
2. Distribution Control
The filling machine control system, such as a PLC, sends commands to the center distributor according to preset filling parameters such as capacity and speed. Internal control valves or flow-dividing mechanisms adjust material flow and distribution rhythm based on these commands.

3. Material Distribution
Through its internal design, such as annular pipes or multi-way valves, the center distributor evenly divides material to each filling head. This ensures that each filling head receives a consistent amount of material, with error usually controlled within ±0.5%, depending on the equipment accuracy grade.
4. Synchronization and Coordination
The center distributor works in coordination with the conveying device and filling heads. When the conveyor positions a can at the filling station, the distributor immediately distributes material and the filling heads perform filling. After filling is completed, the distributor pauses and waits for the next cycle to start.
