Deburring methods are usually classified by principle. Common options include high-pressure water deburring and cleaning, brush deburring and polishing, and robotic deburring and polishing. Each method suits different part structures, burr locations, and production volumes.

High-pressure water deburring and cleaning machine
A high-pressure water deburring and cleaning machine uses a high-pressure water jet to deburr, clean, and remove sand from precision parts. It removes burrs, chips, oil, grease, and other contaminants from cross holes, angled holes, threaded holes, and blind holes inside parts. It is used for automotive engines, transmissions, refrigeration compressors, marine equipment, aircraft engines, defense products, and molds. It also works with ductile iron, gray cast iron, powder metallurgy parts, cast aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and stainless steel parts.
We can machine custom nozzles, fixtures, and related precision components from customer drawings, for one-off or low-volume production, to support high-pressure water deburring processes.

Brush deburring and polishing machine
Different brushes are selected for different burrs.
Multi-station simultaneous processing.
Workpiece processing quantities can be counted.
Automatic, precise, and rapid positioning of deburring areas.
Dry or wet deburring can be selected according to the workpiece process.
Automatic brush wear compensation, with compensation values set according to the workpiece.
Nylon brushes or steel wire brushes can be used, and custom brushes are available on request.
Fault alarm reminders help operators troubleshoot.

Robotic deburring and polishing machine
For die-casting and rough-machined parts, robots replace manual grinding and deburring.
The robot can hold the spindle or the workpiece, depending on deburring requirements.
A floating mechanism allows the tool to automatically profile the workpiece shape.
Tool options include milling cutters, rotary burrs, grinding heads, abrasive belts, and brushes.
Pneumatic or electric spindles adapt to burr size.
Floating pressure can be preset for different materials.
It can connect to standard industrial robot flanges.

Our custom precision component machining capability is not limited to deburring-related parts. In addition to brush assemblies, fixtures, and flange adapters, we can machine precision parts for yachts and RC cars, as well as non-standard parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, and printing machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and production quantities to deliver single-piece or low-volume precision machining.
