When a palletizer suddenly cannot move forward or backward during fully automatic brick machine production, check the system in this order: signals, control, actuation, and power. Start with the limit switches and their wiring, then check the toggle switch and control circuit, then the small relays or relay board and AC contactor, and finally the forward/backward motor, gear motor, and power cables. If inspection reveals worn non-standard parts such as motor mounting bases, couplings, or gears, we can custom machine replacements according to customer drawings to reduce repeated downtime caused by fitting problems.
Check the limit switches and wiring
Use the resistance range of a multimeter to test the limit switches and determine whether they are damaged. Check whether the limit switch wiring is securely connected and free of breaks. If the inverter has no output frequency when the "palletizer forward/backward" toggle switch is pressed, the limit switch or its wiring may be faulty.
Check the toggle switch or control circuit
Use a multimeter to check whether the toggle switch is damaged and whether the control circuit is properly connected. A damaged toggle switch or a faulty control circuit can also cause the inverter to have no output frequency.
Check the small relays or relay board
Confirm that the small relays and relay board are intact. If damage is found, replace or repair them promptly.
Check the AC contactor or control circuit
Check whether the AC contactor pulls in and works normally, and confirm that the control circuit is reliably connected. If the inverter has frequency output but the palletizer still cannot move forward or backward, the AC contactor or control circuit may be faulty.
Check the palletizer forward/backward motor, gear motor, and power cables
Use a multimeter to check whether the motor is damaged, and confirm that the power cables are properly connected and not broken. If the inverter has frequency output but the motor does not turn, the motor or power cables may be faulty.
Troubleshooting in this order usually helps locate the cause of the palletizer's failure to move forward or backward and restore normal operation of each component.
Our custom precision parts machining capability is not limited to brick machine palletizer components. In addition to parts for building materials machinery and ceramic machinery, Hansheng Automation can machine tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, yacht precision parts, and RC car precision parts according to drawings, supporting single-piece and small-batch delivery.
