The winding operation of the fully automatic bottom line tying machine follows the standard process, with the core being correct threading and parameter settings
1. Preparation work
Ensure the use of high-quality, knot free spools and bottom threads, and place the knotter on a stable workbench, then turn on the power (if it is an electric model).
2. Install the spool
Open the spool holder of the wire feeder, install the spool in the designated position, and confirm that the spool can rotate freely to avoid jamming during the winding process.
3. Wiring operation
Pull the wire out of the spool and pass it through the threading hole of the wire feeder and the yarn guide in sequence (the specific path needs to refer to the product manual, and different models may have differences).
4. Install the shuttle core
Install the empty bottom shuttle core firmly onto the winding shaft of the wire cutter, ensuring that it does not loosen or shift.
5. Parameter settings
Adjust the tension and number of turns according to the type of wire: excessive tension can cause wire breakage, while insufficient tension can lead to loose winding; The number of turns should match the capacity of the shuttle core (usually wrapped to 80% -90%).
6. Start wire wrapping
After pressing the start button, the wire feeder automatically wraps the wire. It is necessary to observe whether the thread is evenly wrapped around the shuttle core. If there is overlap or deviation, adjust the tension or pause the finishing process.
7. Complete the Closing
After being fully wrapped, the device automatically stops (some require manual operation), cuts off excess thread ends, and removes the shuttle core to use.
Attention: There may be differences in details between different brands and models. Before operation, be sure to read the instruction manual to confirm the key steps.
