A high-speed strander is built around work efficiency, equipment life, wire quality, cleanliness, and simple operation. Hansheng Automation provides build-to-print custom machining for these machines. We make precision parts such as spindles, guide wheels, bows, timing pulleys, and compacting devices from customer drawings, and we select materials, heat treatment, and surface treatment according to the working conditions.
1. Efficient and stable performance
The spindle is designed for a maximum speed of 3,000 rpm, which raises production efficiency. The automatic tension control system adjusts in real time. It keeps tension uniform and consistent without manual intervention, and adjustment can be done without stopping the machine.
2. Longer equipment life and easier maintenance
The main machine uses oil lubrication and natural circulation cooling. This helps extend the service life of the spindle bearings. Key parts such as bearings, bows, frequency converters, and PLCs use well-known international brands. This supports high equipment quality and a low failure rate, which reduces maintenance cost.
3. Better stranding quality
The wire path uses an improved design. The wire goes directly from the spindle guide wheel to the bow, which avoids scratching and wire jumping. Three compacting devices inside the machine help ensure conductor roundness after stranding and reduce insulation material loss.
4. Cleaner stranding
The transmission system uses a timing belt. This helps keep the inside of the machine clean and makes the machine suitable for stranding jobs with high surface cleanliness requirements.
5. Simple operation
Lay length adjustment only requires changing the capstan wheel. Lay direction adjustment only requires operating the reversing lever. This lowers operation difficulty and operator error, and it reduces labor intensity.
Beyond high-speed stranders, our precision custom machining capability is not limited to this topic. Hansheng Automation can machine non-standard metal parts for tobacco packaging machinery, food machinery, medical devices, printing equipment, and filling machinery from customer drawings. We can also machine precision components for yachts and RC cars. We focus on build-to-print custom machining and produce single pieces or small batches according to customer drawings. We do not sell complete machines.
