Screw hole sealing equipment for insulation integrated panel construction falls into two main groups: manual and semi-automatic sealing devices, and intelligent automated sealing devices. They suit different site conditions and output requirements.

Manual and Semi-Automatic Sealing Devices

Building screw hole sealing device: Used for concrete wall connection holes in aluminum formwork climbing systems. After the conical sleeve and through-wall screw are removed with a small hammer, a cement cone coated with cement slurry is inserted into the hole. This improves bonding between the sealing material and the wall, and supports wall structural strength and thermal insulation.

Wall screw hole sealing device: Consists of oppositely arranged tie screws on the same axis, a detachable connecting screw, and a self-compacting component fitted over the connecting screw. The component contains a pre-installed self-expanding cement foaming agent, and cement fills the space between it and the connecting screw. It connects and fixes quickly during installation. When formwork is removed, some parts are taken out, and the material reaction completes the hole seal. The device can be reused to save cost.

Cast-in-place integrated insulation panel bolt hole sealing device: Has a retractable end sealing piece. In the retracted state, it passes through the bolt hole. When expanded, it seals one end of the hole. A grouting pipe completes the hole filling.

Intelligent Automated Sealing Devices

Intelligent robot sealing device for tie bolt holes: Composed of a robot body, material box, positioning arm, lifting rail, and sealing operation assembly. The material box holds foaming agent, polyurethane, micro-expansion cement mortar, and other materials, connected to the sealing assembly by hoses. The sealing assembly includes an automatic telescopic nozzle for foaming agent, a micro-expansion cement mortar application mechanism, a polyurethane brush coating mechanism, and a hole scanner. It automatically locates holes and fills and seals bolt holes in layers, reducing manual dependence and improving construction quality.

If custom parts are needed for these devices, such as sealing heads, screws, sleeves, or nozzles, Hansheng Automation can machine them from customer drawings in single pieces or small batches.
