For a glass blasting screening machine, the most suitable rubber parts are solid rubber balls and wear-resistant rubber screen plates. The specific type should be selected according to the actual working conditions.

1. Solid Rubber Balls
These accessories bounce and strike the screen surface while the vibrating screen is running. They help clear glass debris clogging the screen holes, improve screen permeability, cushion vibration, and reduce screen wear. Since glass blasting materials are mostly hard, angular fragments, polyurethane rubber balls or silicone rubber balls are preferred because they offer stronger wear resistance and impact resistance. For light-duty fine screening applications, ordinary rubber balls can be used to control costs.

2. Wear-Resistant Rubber Screen Plates
As the core component that directly receives and screens glass materials, the screen plate should be selected based on the working environment:

For light-load and non-corrosive conditions: Use screen plates made from natural rubber compounded with styrene-butadiene rubber and polybutadiene rubber. They are economical and provide adequate basic wear resistance.

For humid or mildly corrosive conditions: Choose chloroprene rubber or ethylene-propylene rubber screen plates, which resist moisture and mild acid or alkali attack.

For heavy-load and high-impact conditions: Use a composite structure with a steel frame and rubber lining. This type can withstand the impact of large pieces of blasted glass without easy deformation or damage.

For the above rubber balls and screen plates, Hansheng Automation provides custom-machined parts according to customer requirements, including specific sizes, hardness levels, and mounting configurations.
