1. The smoothness is related to the accuracy of the cam motion curve. The distance accuracy between the conical support ribs in the cam requires high precision and cannot be too large or too small. When not within the same accuracy range, the operation of the cam divider is unstable.
2. It is related to the indexing accuracy of the output indexing disc. The needle roller bearings of the indexing plate must be evenly distributed on the indexing plate, and the higher the accuracy, the more accurate the indexing. If the meshing between the cam and the indexing plate is too tight, the indexing of the needle roller bearing will be uneven, which may cause the cam pressure to be too tight and affect the stability of the cam separator.
3. Related to the internal assembly of the cam splitter. The inlet and outlet shafts of the cam splitter should be perpendicular to its side. If the error is exceeded, it will also affect stability.
