The production equipment for plastic tube end caps is mainly divided into two categories: injection molding equipment and automated assembly equipment. The specific equipment includes the following five types.

1. Injection Molding Equipment

Injection Molding Machine for End Cap Production
The core of this equipment is the injection molding mechanism. It works together with a rotating unit box and a mixing box to achieve synchronous multi-mold injection and automatic demolding. The operation is efficient and simple, with personnel only needing to collect products at the discharge outlet.

Injection Sealing Machine for Composite Tubes
This machine uses a material-dividing joint to distribute plastic into multiple feed pipes. Through sealing molds with cooling structures and end heating devices, the bonding strength of the end cap is improved. The injection speed is faster and the force distribution is more uniform.

Injection molds, cooling inserts, and end heating components in these machines require high-precision machining and good thermal conductivity. Hansheng Automation provides custom manufacturing of such components according to customer drawings or samples.

2. Automated Assembly Equipment

End Cap Pressing Device
This device transports end caps through a spiral channel on the feeding disc. The output assembly can adjust the channel inner diameter to suit different cap specifications. The processing table uses pressing blocks and driving parts to complete pressing assembly. It has strong versatility and relatively low cost.

Automatic Pipe End Capping Device
This device uses grooves on a conveyor belt to position the pipes. A clamping mechanism fixes the caps through tension springs and pressure plates, and an air cylinder drives a push rod to press the caps into both ends of the pipe. This achieves efficient automated capping.

Automatic Pipe Capping Apparatus
This equipment uses a twisting slide channel that includes a cap receiving section, a twisting conveying section, and a converging section to guide the caps precisely into the pipe ends. Some machines are also equipped with a separation and dropping mechanism, making them suitable for high-speed production lines.

Selection Criteria
Injection molding equipment is suitable for manufacturing the cap body itself, while automated assembly equipment focuses on installing existing caps onto pipe ends. The selection should be based on production scale, with automated assembly preferred for large volumes, cap specifications, with adjustable equipment needed for multiple sizes, and process requirements, such as heating for composite tubes to improve bonding.
