A powder packaging machine, also referred to as a powder filling machine, is automated equipment specifically designed for quantitative packaging of powder-based products. It can automatically complete metering, bag clamping, filling, sealing, bag sewing, and conveying. It is widely used for powdered materials such as milk powder, starch, pesticides, veterinary drugs, premixes, additives, seasonings, feed, and enzyme preparations.

Since the bulk density, flowability, and moisture absorption of different powders vary significantly, metering screws, filling nozzles, and forming devices need to be matched to the material characteristics. For equipment manufacturers or users with non-standard requirements, Hansheng Automation provides single-piece or small-batch precision machining for key contact parts based on supplied drawings.

Powder packaging machines are mainly divided into the following types:

Small-Dose Powder Packaging Machine

This type is suitable for small-specification quantitative packaging of powders in the chemical, food, and agricultural by-product industries. It typically uses microcomputer control, with adjustable parameters and automatic error correction. Material-contact parts are mostly made of 304 stainless steel to reduce contamination and corrosion.

Automatic Quantitative Powder Packaging Machine

This machine is suitable for quantitative packaging of powdery, powder-form, and bulk powder materials such as milk powder, starch, pesticides, veterinary drugs, premixes, and additives. It offers relatively high metering accuracy and packaging speed, and can accommodate different packaging specifications. Metering is usually achieved through screw feeding or vibratory feeding.

Automatic Powder Back-Seal Packaging Machine

This type forms and seals bags using a back-seal method, making it suitable for powder products that require higher packaging appearance and sealing performance. It is commonly used for small sachets of food and seasonings.

When selecting a model, factors such as material flowability, target filling weight, hygiene requirements, and bag format should be considered. For special powders or non-standard bag styles, contact parts such as screw feeders, metering cups, and heat-sealing molds often require customized design. Hansheng Automation supports custom machining from customer drawings and can provide precision manufacturing of key contact parts for powder packaging equipment.
