A plastic tube aluminum foil small-diameter sealing machine is used for small-diameter aluminum foil sealing of plastic and aluminum tubes. Common products include toothpaste tubes, cosmetic tubes, face creams, and skin care products. It uses air pressure for automatic sealing and cutting. The seal is firm, and efficiency is high. Film cutting and film winding are automatic, so operation is simple and quick.
During operation, aluminum foil film covers the tube opening. The sealing and cutting unit completes the seal under pressure. After sealing, the machine cuts the film automatically, and the film winding unit collects the waste film. The process needs little manual intervention and suits tube packaging lines.
