It uses two pressing plate devices to fold the sealing flaps in sequence. It also has a pressing plate device to press the folded sealing flaps and a side panel folding device.

Pressing mechanism on a paper box forming machine
The first servo motor drives a gear and rack. This moves a lift rod and lift seat. It controls four pressing molds that correspond to the four corners of the box.
Benefits: simple structure and reasonable design. The pressing molds lift and lower steadily. The box is pressed steadily into the forming mold.

It includes an auxiliary disc, transmission cavity, movable cavity, drive gear, threaded rod, contraction rod, and pressing disc.
