Packaging machines are commercial equipment used for packaging operations across many industries. They are broadly divided into inner packaging machines and outer packaging machines.
Inner packaging machines include cartoning machinery (such as automatic cartoners, labelers, coders, sealers, and palletizing robots) that fill products into boxes and perform related labeling, coding, and sealing. Filling machinery, available in atmospheric, negative pressure, and isobaric designs, fills liquids, pastes, and similar materials into bottles, cans, and other containers.
Outer packaging machines primarily consist of cartoners and case packers, which pack pre-packaged products into outer cartons for transport and storage.
Bag packaging machines fall into two groups: those for pre‑made bags and those for roll‑fed film (wrap bags). Pre‑made bag machines include rotary eight‑station, single‑station, horizontal inline, and food vacuum types, suitable for a variety of pre‑made bag applications. Roll‑fed film machines are divided into vertical form‑fill‑seal (VFFS) and pillow (horizontal) types. VFFS machines accommodate multiple materials and come in three‑side seal, four‑side seal, and back seal configurations, with variants such as standard, lapel, clamp‑pull, and multi‑row. Pillow machines are classified as top‑feed or bottom‑feed based on the film feeding method, and are chosen according to product shape and size.
When selecting a packaging machine, consider the product type, bag type, width, packaging speed, and after‑sales service to ensure the right fit. We can customize and process various parts for packaging machinery according to the drawings provided by customers to meet personalized and non-standard needs.
