A hot air circulation oven is a baking system built as a box-type unit with multiple doors and a hot air circulation device. The heat source can be steam or electric. During operation, a fan at the top of the chamber blows hot air into the working space. The air returns through a duct on the other side, forming a circulation loop. This keeps temperature uniform throughout the chamber.

Main components include the chamber, insulation, heat source, hot air circulation system, and electrical controls.

Key features

The drive system of a hot air circulation oven mainly uses stainless steel or stainless steel chain mesh. For different products, users can adjust the running speed as needed. Hansheng Automation can machine custom stainless steel chain mesh, conveyor components, and heat-resistant fixtures from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

The heating elements use high-quality quartz glass tubes or far-infrared directional radiation elements. They offer high radiation coefficient, low energy consumption, fast heat-up, and small size.

Except for the frame, the hot air circulator is made of stainless steel. The insulation uses aluminum silicate fiber, which provides good thermal insulation.

The oven can be equipped with a voltmeter, ammeter, digital temperature controller, motor, and speed governor to ensure normal operation of the circulator. Overall, the hot air circulation oven is efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. It is a practical baking system.

Beyond the oven parts discussed above, our precision component customization covers more than one industry. We machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, printing machinery parts, food machinery parts, and medical device parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
