Wooden crate packaging equipment usually falls into five categories: case packing, reinforcing, palletizing, protection, and labeling. They work together to move products into crates, secure them, stack them, and apply labels.
Automatic case packing equipment
Automatic case packer: A flexible gripper loads individual products into a wooden crate in order. For irregular products, the gripper can be changed to a dedicated type to reduce impact damage. Gripper mounts, connection plates, and dedicated fixtures can be machined to drawing. We handle single-piece and small-batch custom work from customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports materials such as 304/316 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with tolerances and surface treatment controlled by the drawing. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.
Reinforcing and sealing equipment
Automatic strapping machine: It secures wooden crates with horizontal or vertical strapping. A pallet strapping machine supports cross strapping. Combined with stretch film, it improves stability.
Wrapping machine: It adjusts the wrapping stroke automatically according to cargo height and adjusts film layers automatically. Light loads use fewer layers; heavy loads use higher density.
Stacking and handling equipment
Palletizer:
Robotic arm palletizer: It suits mixed stacking of wooden crates in multiple sizes and offers high flexibility.
Coordinate palletizer: It handles batch processing of a single crate size. Stacks are neat, and warehouse space use is higher.
Protection equipment
Edge protector machine: It automatically applies paper or plastic edge protectors to the corners of fragile items inside wooden crates, reducing transport damage.
Information and labeling equipment
Labeling machine: It automatically applies labels with production date, product information, and other data for traceability.
These machines can be combined according to production needs to form a complete automated wooden crate packaging line. If strapping machine guide wheels, wrapping machine flanges, palletizer grippers, or edge protector guides need to be machined to drawing, we can also provide single-piece and small-batch custom work.
Beyond wooden crate packaging equipment parts, our drawing-based custom machining also covers medical devices, filling machinery, tobacco packaging machinery, printing equipment, food processing lines, yacht hardware, and RC car structural parts. We machine single pieces and small batches to drawing for equipment builders and production lines. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.
