PVC ceiling panel production mainly requires a PVC extruder, die, haul-off machine, cutting machine, and auxiliary equipment. Hansheng Automation provides build-to-print custom machining for these machines. We make precision parts such as screws, barrels, mandrels, die sleeves, haul-off wheels, and cutting fixtures from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.
1. PVC extruder
The PVC extruder is the core equipment for PVC ceiling panel production. It heats, melts, and extrudes PVC material. The model and size vary with production scale and product requirements. The price range is usually 5,000 to 15,000 yuan.
2. Die
The die shapes the extruded PVC melt into the required panel profile. Die design and manufacturing accuracy have a major effect on panel quality. We can machine key forming parts such as mandrels and die sleeves from customer drawings.
3. Haul-off machine
The haul-off machine pulls the extruded and initially cooled PVC panel out of the die. It maintains a certain speed and tension to keep the panel flat and dimensionally stable.
4. Cutting machine
The cutting machine cuts continuous PVC panels to preset lengths to meet different customer needs.
5. Auxiliary equipment
Auxiliary equipment includes a mixer, cooling device, and others. The mixer blends PVC resin with necessary additives evenly. The cooling device quickly cools the extruded PVC panel to improve its physical properties and surface quality.
PVC ceiling panel production requires a PVC extruder, die, haul-off machine, cutting machine, and a range of auxiliary equipment. Proper configuration and efficient operation of these machines are key to production quality and efficiency.
Beyond PVC ceiling panel production equipment, our precision custom machining capability is not limited to one industry. Hansheng Automation can machine yacht precision components and RC car precision components from customer drawings. We also provide non-standard metal parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, printing machinery, food machinery, and medical devices. We focus on build-to-print custom machining and produce single pieces or small batches according to customer drawings. We do not sell complete machines.
