Producing disposable takeout packaging bags usually requires four core machine types: film blowing machines, printing machines, slitting machines, and bag making machines. Together they process plastic raw material into finished bags.

Film blowing machine: This is the base material equipment. Plastic pellets are heated and melted, then blown into plastic film with a set thickness and width. Film thickness, width, and formula affect later printing, slitting, and bag making. Parts such as die heads, air rings, haul-off rollers, and winding shafts have requirements for dimensions and surface quality.

Printing machine: It prints brand marks, product descriptions, patterns, and text on the film surface. Gravure printing machines and flexographic printing machines are common options. They support multi-color printing. Printing rollers, plate rollers, guide rollers, and doctor blades often need to be customized for the pattern and film material.

Slitting machine: If the film web from the film blowing machine is too wide for direct bag making, the slitting machine cuts it to the width required by the bag making machine. Slitting knives, knife holders, guide rollers, and tension rollers affect cut quality and width accuracy.

Bag making machine: This is the final forming equipment. It cuts and heat seals printed and slit film to make takeout packaging bags in three-side seal, center seal, and other specifications. Heat sealing jaws, cutting knives, formers, clamps, guide rollers, timing pulleys, and cams affect bag shape and seal strength.

Among these parts, die heads, air rings, printing rollers, slitting knife holders, heat sealing jaws, cutting knives, formers, clamps, and guide rollers often need to be custom made to drawings. Hansheng Automation can precision-machine these packaging machinery parts in single pieces or small batches according to customer design drawings. We can use stainless steel, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, or engineering plastics, control tolerances to drawing requirements, and provide surface treatments such as anodizing, blackening, nickel plating, or powder coating. This makes maintenance and specification changes easier and reduces downtime caused by mismatched parts.

Our custom precision machining capability is not limited to equipment for producing disposable takeout packaging bags. In addition to food packaging machinery parts, printing machinery parts, and filling machinery parts, we can machine yacht precision parts, RC car precision parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, medical device parts, and feed packaging equipment parts according to drawings. After customers provide drawings, Hansheng Automation can support prototyping and batch production for non-standard parts.
