A fully automatic lollipop production line has three main groups: raw material mixing and cooking, depositing and forming, and downstream demolding, cooling, and packaging. Each group affects flavor consistency, shape, and hygiene.
Raw material mixing and cooking equipment
This section prepares the syrup and flavor base. It meters ingredients to set ratios. A lemon flavor batch uses lemon extract. A strawberry batch uses strawberry flavor. Temperature and mixing time control the final texture.
Depositing and forming machine
Depositing and forming is the core of modern lollipop production. The depositor and the mold work together.
Accurate depositing: The depositor fills by set speed and weight. A temperature control system keeps the syrup at the right viscosity during filling.
Mold choice: The mold shapes the candy into the preset form. Silicone and aluminum molds are common. Each has its own advantages in release, heat transfer, and service life.
Automatic stick insertion: The line inserts sticks automatically at the forming stage. This removes the positioning errors and extra handling that come with manual insertion.
When a depositor nozzle, mold insert, or stick guide wears, Hansheng Automation can machine a replacement from customer drawings. We match material, tolerance, and surface treatment to the machine and working conditions.
Demolding, cooling, and packaging equipment
After forming, the line demolds the lollipops and moves them through a cooling tunnel. Cooling sets the shape and surface. The packaging machine then wraps or bags the product. This downstream section protects product quality and hygiene before shipment.
