A texturing workshop runs several equipment groups. The main units handle deformation, yarn handling, temperature control, auxiliary functions, and winding.

Core processing equipment

Texturing machine: Combines deformation and twisting functions. It includes a yarn creel, godet rollers, heater boxes, and other modules.

False-twist unit: Disc-stack or belt type. It is the core part that creates mechanical twisting stress.

Yarn handling system

Raw yarn creel: A gate-frame structure. Each spindle position holds two yarn packages, one in use and one as backup.

Three-godet system:

First godet, or feed godet: Belt or roller type. It controls feeding.

Second godet, or middle godet: It sets the speed reference. It needs high gripping force.

Third godet: It creates the setting overfeed to ensure setting in a relaxed state.

Temperature control system

First heater box: Contact heating. It plasticizes the yarn. Temperature is usually 180 to 220°C.

Second heater box: Non-contact heat radiation tube. It performs setting.

Cooling plate: Length is 1.2 to 1.5 meters. It cools yarn to 80°C to maintain twisting rigidity.

Auxiliary devices

Oil application device: An oil roller applies oil to the yarn. It improves cohesion and anti-static performance. Oil content is 0.8% to 1.2%.

Yarn inspection and cutting system: Photoelectric yarn detector plus pneumatic cutter. Response time is under 0.1 second.

Yarn suction device: Negative pressure type. It handles broken yarn and doffing operations.

Fume extraction device: Exhaust volume is 2000 to 3000 m³/h. It includes oil recovery.

For texturing machine builders, Hansheng Automation can machine custom friction discs, godet rollers, heater box parts, yarn guides, and winding components from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Winding mechanism

It uses a precision winding head. Package diameter is usually 250 to 300 mm.

It is equipped with an anti-ribboning device. Winding density is 0.9 to 1.1 g/cm³.

Beyond texturing workshop equipment, our precision component customization is not limited to this topic. We machine medical device components, printing machinery parts, yacht precision components, RC car precision components, filling machinery parts, food machinery parts, and tobacco packaging machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
