The current mainstream cigarette packaging machines are mainly divided into seven series with multiple models, covering different production needs from semi-automatic to high-speed mass production.
1. MT Series
The MT series includes the MT-450 servo sleeve wrapping machine, MT-600 side sealing machine, and MT-800 heat shrink packaging machine for cigarette packs. Packaging speed ranges from 10 to 30 pieces per minute, with a film width of 200–800 mm. The machines use a 380V/50Hz power supply, with power of 3–5 kW and packaging accuracy of ±0.5 mm. They are suitable for cigarette pack sizes of 50–200 mm and support customized dimensions.
2. L Series
The L series covers the L450 sealing and cutting machine, servo side sealing machine, servo sleeve wrapping machine, and cigarette pack servo vertical machine. Packaging speed is 15–35 pieces per minute, with a film width of 200–700 mm. Power is 4–6 kW, packaging accuracy is ±0.3 mm, and the machines fit cigarette pack sizes of 60–180 mm.
3. RC Series
The RC series includes the RC-400 semi-automatic sealing and cutting machine and the RC-500 heat shrink machine for cigarette packs. Packaging speed is 8–20 pieces per minute, with a film width of 180–600 mm. Power is 2.5–4 kW, packaging accuracy is ±1 mm, and the machines fit cigarette packs above 50 mm.
4. ZH-XY Series
Developed by Wenzhou Huaze Machinery, the ZH-XY series uses servo motor drive technology. Packaging speed is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 300 packs per minute, with a packaging qualification rate of up to 99.8%. Its double-station design can complete inner liner wrapping and outer box packaging at the same time, improving production efficiency by 40% compared with traditional equipment.
5. YB Series
The YB series carton overwrapping machines launched by Zhicheng Automation use a fully servo-driven system with an operating speed of up to 120 packs per minute. They feature three-dimensional folding and low-temperature heat sealing technology, and support a modular quick-change design. The specification changeover between hard-pack and soft-pack cartons can be completed in about ten minutes. A standard anti-counterfeiting tear tape interface is also reserved.
6. CY-YBJ Series
This series is produced by Guangzhou Changyuan Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd. and includes multiple models. The CY-YBJ-680 one-key start high-speed cigarette pack machine is suitable for large-scale high-end product packaging. The CY-YBJ-450 automatic transparent film three-dimensional packaging machine is easy to adjust and provides stable packaging. The CY-YBJ-500 large cigarette pack machine fits larger packaging specifications. The CY-YBJ-300 small cigarette pack machine offers fast speed and stable operation, and can also be used for cosmetic product packaging.
7. BTB-300
The BTB-300 is a standard front-feeding transparent film three-dimensional packaging machine from Ruian Yongxin Machinery. It is positioned as a medium-to-high-speed mass production carton wrapping machine, with a packaging speed of 40–100 pieces per hour and power of 5 kW. Its packaging range covers 50–230 × 30–140 × 10–50 mm, and it is widely used for three-dimensional transparent film packaging of cigarettes and other boxed products.
