Ship coating equipment mainly falls into six categories, covering spraying, pretreatment, and environmental control.
Spray guns
Spray guns are the main tool in ship coating. They atomize paint with compressed air and spray it onto the surface. They include air spray guns and airless spray guns. Air spray guns give fine atomization and suit small-area touch-up. Airless spray guns run at high pressure and high efficiency, and suit large-area work.
High-pressure airless sprayers
They use pressure boosting to eject paint at high speed and form an even coating. They handle high-viscosity paint, reduce waste, give strong coating adhesion, and improve work efficiency.
Shot blasting machines
They clean steel surfaces with high-speed shot. They remove oxide scale and rust, increase surface roughness, and improve coating adhesion. We can machine custom blast wheel blades, wear liners, and other precision parts from customer drawings, for single-piece or low-volume production.
Paint booths
A closed coating environment control system. It adjusts temperature, humidity, and ventilation, keeps out dust, reduces pollution, and supports both environmental protection and operator safety.
Heating equipment
Steam or electric heating devices. In low-temperature environments, they heat paint or substrates to keep viscosity suitable and coating even.
Paint mixers
They mechanically mix paint compounds. They prevent settling and separation, and keep paint performance stable and application consistent.
Our custom precision component machining capability is not limited to ship coating equipment. Beyond spray gun nozzles, blast wheel blades, and mixer shafts, we also machine yacht precision components, RC car structural parts, medical device parts, and non-standard parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, and printing machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and production quantities to deliver single-piece or low-volume precision machining.
