With its exceptional process control and mechanical design, the high-speed wet mixer granulator demonstrates broad application prospects in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. Serving as the foundational hardware support for the stable operation of such equipment, Hansheng Automation can perform custom machining of key granulator components-such as the conical mixing bowl, complex thermostatic water jackets, and air-purged sealing shafts-based on customer design drawings, providing high-precision non-standard part solutions for equipment manufacturers.

The mechanical structure of this equipment is highly specialized. Its core conical bowl design promotes uniform three-dimensional tumbling of materials, significantly enhancing mixing efficiency. The jacketed structure at the bottom of the bowl integrates a water-cooling circulation system; its thermostatic performance far exceeds that of traditional air-cooled systems, effectively safeguarding the granule quality of heat-sensitive materials. For these chamber components that require high sealing capabilities and excellent thermal conductivity, we utilize premium 316L stainless steel. Through advanced multi-axis CNC machining technology, we strictly control the surface roughness to pharmaceutical standards (Ra ≤ 0.4μm) and ensure the high-pressure sealing of the jacket's water channels. Furthermore, the equipped impeller lifting system greatly facilitates thorough cleaning of the main impeller and the bowl, effectively avoiding cross-contamination and extending the equipment's service life.

Regarding power transmission and sealing, both the mixing impeller and the chopper blade utilize Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology. This provides multiple speed options or stepless speed regulation, enabling users to precisely control the final granule size and density. To address the dust adhesion issues common in high-speed rotating shaft cavities, this model adopts an advanced air-purged seal design supplemented by an automatic Clean-in-Place (CIP) function. When machining these high-speed air-purged sealing assemblies, we strictly control concentricity and runout tolerances, ensuring the equipment maintains exceptional air-tightness and mechanical stability during continuous unidirectional operation.

In terms of control and safety logic, the machine supports both PLC programmable control and manual operation. The PLC mode unifies the process workflow to ensure stable batch quality, while the manual mode allows R&D personnel to flexibly explore optimal time parameters for mixing and chopping. Additionally, the bowl lid features automatic opening and closing, and the discharge port is designed to seamlessly connect with downstream drying equipment. Crucially, a strict interlock function exists between the drive motors, the discharge valve, and the lid-opening device-the mixing and chopping motors will only start when the valve and lid are completely closed, thereby completely eliminating safety hazards during production.
