Infrared Radiation Shrink Packaging Machine (For PVC/POP/PP)
This equipment uses direct infrared radiation heating and is specifically designed for shrink films such as PVC, POP, and PP. To prevent the conveyor belt from shaking under high temperature and heavy load conditions (which can cause uneven heating and wrinkling of the shrink film), the drive system must have a high torque output capability. High-end equipment typically features a high-precision planetary gearbox at the motor end. This type of gearbox provides greater torque and ensures smooth rotation, working in conjunction with an electronic speed control system to achieve seamless material conveying.
Features
Equipped with an electronic stepless speed control system, allowing for smooth adjustment of the conveying speed. Widely used in the beverage, stationery, and hardware industries, it ensures the packaging film adheres tightly to the product, providing moisture and impact protection.

Analysis of Mechanical Principles
The efficiency of this equipment depends on its thermodynamic design and the durability of its internal structure.
High-temperature resistant structural components: To achieve powerful air circulation, the fan casing and key support structures must remain undeformed at temperatures of 300℃. Custom castings are often used to ensure dimensional stability during long-term operation.
Precision-machined shaft components: The conveyor roller shafts must maintain smooth rotation even after thermal expansion. This is typically achieved by manufacturing heat-resistant drive shafts using high-precision CNC machining services, with strict tolerance control to prevent seizing at high temperatures.

Fully-Automatic Horizontal/Pillow Packaging Machine
This fully automatic equipment is designed for high-speed production lines, utilizing PLC control and achieving a packaging speed of 60 bags per minute. Because the sealing and cutting blades are located above the product and the product is not subjected to heat, it is particularly suitable for loose items (such as candy) or heat-sensitive products.
Analysis of the operating transmission components
Under high-speed operation, even small amounts of backlash in the cutter drive system can lead to sealing deviations or damage to the product. Therefore, the gearbox driving the rotating cutter typically uses high-precision gears manufactured with hobbing technology to ensure precise engagement between the cutter and the anvil, while also reducing noise and wear.

Mechanical Principle Analysis
The cuff-type packaging machine utilizes intermittent motion control during the feeding and sorting stages.
Arrangement and Feeding Mechanism: To arrange the bottles and cans on the conveyor belt into rows and push them into the wrapping area, the robotic arm requires precise "stop-move-stop" cycles. This is a typical application scenario for a Cam Indexer. The indexer converts the continuous rotation of the motor into precise intermittent indexing motion, ensuring that the pushing rod only moves when the products are aligned, guaranteeing extremely high repetitive positioning accuracy.
Turning and Positioning (Optional): If the production line requires the products to be rotated 90 degrees before entering the packaging machine, a Hollow Rotary Table is a superior solution compared to traditional belt turning machines, offering higher rigidity and angular control accuracy.
