High level of automation
The machine is an intelligent unit with a high degree of automation. Before start, the operator sets parameters such as fill volume, cap torque, and running speed. The machine then runs the full cycle without manual intervention. It positions the stand-up pouch, fills the sauce, caps the spout, and discharges the finished pouch. This cuts labor cost. A standard cycle keeps output steady, so the machine suits long continuous production runs.
Good packaging result
The machine uses a stand-up pouch with a spout. This package brings three main advantages.
Shelf display: The stand-up pouch stands on a shelf on its own. A clear window or custom print shows the sauce color and texture and draws buyer attention.
Easy use: The spout supports one-hand operation. The user can control how much sauce comes out and avoid spills. The base keeps the pouch stable after it is tipped.
Seal and freshness: Torque control during capping keeps the cap tight against the spout. This blocks air and moisture and extends shelf life.
Multi-material compatibility, one machine for several products
The machine moves past a single material limit. Modular design lets the user add functions. For liquids, it fills tomato paste, salad dressing, honey, and other products from low to high viscosity. A drip prevention device keeps the line clean. For powders, it fills milk powder, seasoning, coffee powder, and similar products. Vacuum extraction stops powder from caking or sticking to the pouch wall. For granules, it handles crushed nuts, candy pieces, grain, and other particles. A screw feeder gives even fill and does not damage the particle shape. For pastes, it fills toothpaste, face cream, ointment, and other high-viscosity products. A heated filling head keeps the paste flowing and prevents blockages. Hansheng Automation machines custom filling nozzles, capping heads, screw feeders, and heated filling parts from customer drawings. We handle one-off parts and small batch runs. This lets a company switch between materials by changing parts instead of buying several dedicated machines. It lowers equipment investment and maintenance cost.
