An automatic case packer uses several units to complete case packing. The main parts include a belt conveyor, separation device, aligning device, intermittent conveyor filling device, and case forming and glue spraying unit.

The belt conveyor is the starting point of the automatic case packer. It consists of two parallel flat belts, A and B. It connects to the previous process and moves items to be packed into the machine smoothly. The conveyor system keeps items continuous and stable and prepares them for later steps.

The separation device classifies and positions incoming items so each one is handled correctly. It includes a separation device frame assembly, upper belt assembly, lower belt assembly, upper transition roller assembly, lower transition roller assembly, width adjustment assembly, and height adjustment assembly. The width and height adjustment assemblies are set according to item size to suit different specifications and keep separation stable. The separation device and the case forming and glue spraying unit include precision parts such as frame assemblies, width adjustment assemblies, filling gate assemblies, and case sealing assemblies. If these parts wear or need non-standard replacement, we can machine single pieces or small batches from customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with tolerances and surface treatment controlled by the drawing. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.

The aligning device arranges items neatly. It includes a drive and frame assembly, small chute assembly, pusher surface motion assembly, and guide mechanism assembly. These parts work together to place items in the preset position and prepare them for filling and packing.

The intermittent conveyor filling device uses a frame assembly and a conveyor and drive assembly to move items to the preset position. This prepares them for case forming and glue spraying.

The case forming and glue spraying unit is the core of the automatic case packer. It includes a blank magazine, lower carton assembly, filling gate assembly, conveyor frame assembly, top folding assembly, case sealing assembly, and conveyor drive assembly. These parts are fixed on the frame assembly. They complete loading items into cartons, spraying glue for sealing, and transferring the finished case. When this sequence runs correctly, the case packer keeps its efficiency and accuracy.

In summary, the structure of an automatic case packer covers item conveying, classification and positioning, aligning, filling, and final sealing. The parts work together as designed to complete automated packaging.

Extended Information

A case packer is equipment that semi-automatically or automatically loads unpacked products or small packaged products into transport packaging. Its working principle is to load products into cases, such as corrugated cartons, plastic crates, or pallets, in a set arrangement and quantity, and then close or seal the case opening. According to case packer requirements, it should have carton forming or carton opening, counting, and case packing functions. Some models also include sealing or strapping functions.

Beyond automatic case packer parts, our drawing-based custom machining also covers filling machinery, tobacco packaging machinery, medical devices, printing equipment, food processing lines, yacht hardware, and RC car structural parts. We machine single pieces and small batches to drawing for equipment builders and production lines. We focus on precision machined parts.
