Mining vibrating screens are common screening machines widely used in crushing, sand making, and mineral processing. They are multi-layer, high-efficiency heavy-duty vibrating screens, also known as screening machines, and play an irreplaceable role in product classification in industries such as mining, building materials, transportation, energy, and chemicals.
1. Structural Composition
A mining vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, chassis, suspension or support device, and motor. It features vibratory motion, multiple layers, high efficiency, long service life, and a wide range of applications.
2. Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the V-belt and the exciter main shaft to rotate. Due to the centrifugal inertial force generated by the unbalanced weights in the exciter, the screen box is forced to vibrate. Material on the screen surface is thrown upward, moves forward a certain distance, and then falls back onto the screen surface. This motion repeats to complete the screening process. The amplitude of the vibrating screen can be adjusted by changing the weight and position of the counterweights.
3. Performance Advantages
High vibration frequency and low amplitude effectively reduce the surface tension of slurry, which is beneficial for the separation and stratification of fine and heavy materials and accelerates the penetration of fine and heavy materials.
The use of laminated screen mesh can increase the aperture of a single layer, extend screen life, and prevent adhesion and wear.
Multi-channel feeding improves screen surface utilization, increases equipment capacity, and reduces power consumption.
Rubber springs support the screen frame, providing vibration isolation and sound absorption, resulting in low noise and small dynamic load on the equipment.
The screen is designed using a new principle and is a heavy-duty vibrating screen device with a new structure.
For critical components such as screen boxes, exciters, and damping spring assemblies, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining according to customer drawings.
Mining vibrating screens are currently common screening equipment. High-quality heavy-duty vibrating screens can improve screening efficiency, reduce production costs, and better serve users. They are characterized by high screening accuracy, long screen surface, and many screening specifications.
