During operation of a pulsating vacuum sterilizer, the negative pressure in the pulsating phase is usually controlled below 80Kpa. Each pulsation is below 80Kpa and is repeated three times to ensure more thorough removal of cold air. This sterilization method is suitable for heat-sensitive items such as culture media, pharmaceuticals, and syringes. Due to the combined effect of low pressure and high temperature in a vacuum environment, microorganisms can be killed more thoroughly, improving sterilization reliability.
Compared with ordinary pre-vacuum equipment, pulsating vacuum sterilizers remove cold air more effectively. Through multiple alternating cycles of vacuum extraction and steam injection, residual air in the sterilization chamber is greatly reduced, thereby improving steam penetration efficiency.
