If the pneumatic press roller does not press down, check these items.

1. Low air pressure or no air pressure

Check whether the air pressure in the air line is normal. Low supply pressure will prevent the press roller from pressing down.

2. Faulty air pressure button

If the air pressure button fails, replace it.

3. Relay fault

Check the relay that controls the pneumatic press roller. If it has failed, replace the relay.

4. Solenoid valve fault

Check the solenoid valve. If it has failed, replace it.

5. Cylinder fault

Check the cylinder. If it has failed, replace the cylinder.

If the press roller, cylinder mount, or valve block is worn and the fit is off, we can machine replacement parts from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches. Hansheng Automation works to drawing dimensions and assembly clearances.

Our precision parts machining service is not limited to laminating machines. Hansheng Automation can machine custom parts from drawings for filling machinery, printing equipment, food processing equipment, and textile machinery. We also cover yacht fittings and RC car structural parts. Single pieces and small batches are both available, with attention to material, tolerance, surface finish, and assembly fit.
