The machine uses a color touchscreen LCD for input, with a Chinese menu. Parameter settings are clear and operation is simple.
The machine has 16 fixture positions. Eight are for real-time production, and eight are preset for quick die change. When switching product models, only a simple adjustment is needed. No long wait is required, which improves production efficiency. For example, if shift A does not finish its production task, shift B can use the backup fixture directly. This avoids frequent machine adjustments and saves production time.
The machine uses DD motors for control. It runs smoothly without vibration. Position accuracy can reach ±0.005 mm, which keeps the film attachment process accurate. Each station is equipped with an ion fan to remove static. This keeps the film flat, with no stains, wrinkles, bubbles, internal contamination, burrs, or foreign matter.
The machine occupies 7 square meters. It can replace manual production, reduce defect rates, improve production efficiency, lower labor costs, and save management costs and floor space.
