Because liquid products are highly diverse, liquid packaging machines also come in many types and forms. Among them, machines used to package liquid food have higher technical requirements, and sterility, hygiene, and safety are the basic requirements for liquid food packaging machines.

  • Before each startup, check the area around the machine for any abnormality.
  • During machine operation, keep body, hands, and head away from moving parts. Do not approach or touch them.
  • During machine operation, never put hands or tools into the sealing blade seat.
  • When the machine is operating normally, do not switch operation buttons frequently or change parameter settings arbitrarily and repeatedly.
  • Do not run the machine at excessive speed for prolonged periods.
  • Do not allow two people to operate the machine's buttons or mechanisms at the same time. Turn off the power during maintenance and servicing. When multiple people are debugging or repairing the machine together, communicate and signal clearly to prevent accidents caused by poor coordination.
  • When inspecting or repairing the electrical control circuit, never work on live equipment. Always cut off the power supply, and have the work done by qualified electrical professionals. The machine's automatic program is locked and must not be modified without authorization.
  • Operators who cannot stay alert due to alcohol consumption or fatigue must not operate, debug, or repair the machine. Other untrained or unqualified personnel must not operate the machine.

During equipment maintenance or component replacement, if non-standard parts such as seals, safety guards, or sealing blade seats are needed, Hansheng Automation can provide custom machining based on customer drawings to help restore the equipment to a safe working condition.

Warning: For the safety of yourself, others, and the equipment, please follow the above requirements.
