The continuous photoelectric positioning system of liquid packaging machines can be divided into three error compensation working modes: advance-retreat type, braking type, and dual-drive synchronization type. Among them, the braking type is a common mechanical transmission mode in liquid packaging machines.

Braking-type transmission mainly controls the film or bag feeding action by quickly stopping or decelerating through a braking device. When the photoelectric detection system detects a deviation in film position, the transmission mechanism brakes in time so that the packaging material stops at the correct position, thereby ensuring accurate sealing and cutting. This transmission mode responds quickly and has a relatively compact structure, making it suitable for liquid packaging applications that require frequent start-stop operation and high positioning accuracy.

In braking-type transmission structures, parts such as brake discs, friction plates, brake seats, connecting flanges, and positioning components directly affect equipment stability through their dimensional accuracy and wear resistance. Hansheng Automation provides custom machining for these non-standard components based on customer drawings, supporting material selection and tolerance control to help ensure braking response and positioning accuracy.
