When a bag storage machine or bag feeding tray jams, operators can check three areas: foreign matter in the strap channel, the cutting mechanism, and strap reel fixation. If non-standard parts such as bag feeding trays, strap channel guide plates, or strap reel mounting seats are worn or need replacement to site dimensions, we can custom machine them according to customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports single-piece and small-batch delivery.

Strap jam between wheels or in the strap channel

The most common jam occurs when the strapping strap catches between wheels, or when foreign matter inside the strap channel blocks the strap. Operators can open the operation panel, loosen the screws on top of the strap channel, remove the foreign matter, and reassemble.

Strapping machine does not cut the strap automatically

Check whether the belt is too tight. If the belt is too tight, adjust the belt or adjust the motor. After long-term use, clean the machine to ensure stable long-term operation.

Strap reel not fixed properly

If the strap reel is not fixed properly during installation, the packaging strap can jam easily. When replacing the strapping strap, secure the strap reel to prevent jamming during machine operation.

Beyond bag storage machines, bag feeding trays, and strapping machine strap channel parts, our custom precision parts machining capability also covers yacht precision parts, RC car precision parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, and filling machinery parts. Hansheng Automation can also machine non-standard parts for food packaging machinery, pharmaceutical packaging equipment, printing machinery, and medical devices according to drawings, supporting drawing-based customization and small-batch delivery.
