Keep the inner and outer chains in the film carriage frame lubricated. If the film carriage shakes during up and down travel, tighten the chain to remove the shake. Other equipment, such as packaging machines, also needs regular maintenance and lubrication.
If the turntable slows or slips, open the turntable motor cover. Loosen the four mounting bolts on the reducer mounting plate. Turn the two tension bolts clockwise evenly to the required tension. Tighten the four mounting bolts. Adjust chain tension after 10 to 15 days of continuous use.
The lift, base, and film carriage drives change speed through worm gear speed reducers.
Place loads gently and evenly. Rough handling can deform the base or shorten part life.
Do not exceed the designed wrapping height. Otherwise wrap quality drops.
Keep the load within the turntable area. If an oversized load extends beyond it, keep the overhang within 100 mm, or follow the actual machine clearance. Otherwise the machine may be damaged.
Keep the electrical cabinet closed. Clean it regularly. Check electrical components and connections to keep the machine running normally.
Hansheng Automation supplies replacement and custom parts for pallet wrapping machines from customer drawings for one-off and small-batch orders.
