A top press device keeps the load stable during wrapping. Wrapping height can be built to customer requirements. Two versions are available: fixed film carriage and moving film carriage. Turntable soft start and soft stop prevent the load from falling suddenly. The film carriage keeps the wrap tight against the load. Extra wraps can be added at specific areas. Film spacing is adjustable to save material. The turntable returns to home position for accurate positioning during handling. Photoelectric height sensing detects load height automatically. Bottom and top wrap layers and cycle count are easy to adjust. Overload protection is reliable. Maintenance is simple and operation is easy. A common choice for manual and electric pallet trucks.
