Operating Standards and Daily Maintenance of Fully Automatic Cartoning Machines

The stable operation of fully automatic cartoning machines relies on standardized operation and systematic daily maintenance; both are indispensable.

Regarding operating standards, operators must first receive professional training and thoroughly read the equipment manual, fully understanding its structure, functions, and safety precautions before starting work. Before starting the machine, check the power supply, transmission, and control systems for normal operation; after startup, conduct a trial run to observe for any abnormal noises, vibrations, or looseness. During normal production, place the manual and cartons in the designated locations, monitor the material status in real time, and immediately stop the machine if any abnormality is found. Typically, two operators are assigned to work together to complete material loading, monitoring, and emergency response. After operation, disconnect the power and clean the work area.

Daily maintenance focuses on preventative care. After stopping the machine, promptly clean the material racks, conveyor belts, and all moving parts, and disconnect the power. Regularly inspect vulnerable parts such as transmission belts and bearings, and tighten any loose parts immediately; critical moving parts should be lubricated with appropriate lubricant at the prescribed intervals to reduce friction and wear. In addition to daily cleaning, a comprehensive overhaul of the electrical, transmission, and control systems should be performed periodically. For worn or replaceable specialized parts, Hansheng Automation can perform precision machining based on customer-provided design drawings, quickly restoring the mechanism's accuracy and fit requirements.

By strictly adhering to operating procedures and implementing maintenance measures, equipment lifespan can be effectively extended, ensuring packaging quality and production continuity. Regular operation and maintenance training further enhances personnel's ability to assess and handle equipment conditions.
