Dispersing and grinding
The emulsifying and dispersing tank, inline emulsifier, and horizontal sand mill disperse, wet, and grind pigments, fillers, resins, solvents, and other materials to the required fineness.
Mixing and adjustment
The paint mixing tank and static mixer adjust viscosity, color, and additives, and mix materials evenly.
Feeding and metering
The powder feeding tank and liquid metering device control the feed ratio of powder and liquid raw materials.
Power and control
The air compressor provides air supply. The electrical control system handles operation control and parameter monitoring.
Filling
The filling machine packages finished coating products.
