The Gulijian gear oil filling line mainly consists of a lubricating oil filling machine and a high-speed capping machine, and can complete automatic filling and capping of gear oil.
1. Lubricating Oil Filling Machine
The lubricating oil filling machine is the core equipment of the line. It adopts flow-meter filling technology to achieve automatic metered filling. The equipment retains the core metering device and incorporates European and American filling process control technology to ensure filling accuracy and stability.
Operation is performed through a full-color touchscreen HMI, and the filling process can be completed with one-touch operation, simplifying the workflow. The machine is suitable for various liquids with certain concentration and viscosity, including lubricating oil, gear oil, edible oil, glass water, chemical liquids, and engine oil.
Main parameters: 6 filling heads, adjustable filling capacity range of 500–5000ml, production capacity of about 800–1200 barrels per hour, and filling accuracy ≤0.2%. The equipment is equipped with a vacuum suck-back system to reduce oil dripping after filling, and supports adjustable fast/slow dual-speed filling to reduce bottle overflow. It uses powered filling, so no elevated tank is required.
For non-standard components such as filling heads, vacuum suck-back connectors, and metering module mounting bases, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining based on customer drawings, supporting material selection and tolerance control to adapt to different oil viscosities and filling capacities.
2. High-Speed Capping Machine
The high-speed capping machine is used to cap oil barrels after filling. The equipment uses an HMI and PLC control system with a stainless steel exterior. During operation, six wheels perform capping, and cap dropping, cap hanging, and cap tightening are relatively stable.
By adjusting the synchronous belt, capping wheel spacing, and frame height, the machine can accommodate various bottle specifications within the applicable range without replacing parts. It is suitable for round bottles, square bottles, flat-round bottles, and flat-square bottles.
The capping speed can reach 30–80 bottles per minute, depending on the bottle type. The machine can optionally be equipped with an automatic cap elevator to accommodate different cap specifications.
3. Overall Line Advantages
The line combines filling and capping processes, providing a relatively high degree of automation, reducing manual intervention, and improving production efficiency. The overall equipment structure is relatively simple, making daily maintenance and servicing convenient. It can also be adjusted according to customer needs to accommodate gear oil filling of different specifications and types.
