The internal structure of an eddy current separator mainly consists of an eccentric main shaft, a magnetic roller drive motor, a reducer, a driven roller, an integrated endless belt, a vibrating screen, a frame, a belt drive motor, and a water pump.
Structural Features
The main shaft bearing is equipped with temperature control display and is cooled by coolant to effectively prevent overheating. The bearing also has a sealed protection design, allowing it to adapt to various operating environments and providing a long service life.
The baffle gap has a wide adjustment range, which enables the equipment to adapt to different material separation requirements and improves its versatility and flexibility.
The main shaft is provided with a thermal protection device. When the shaft temperature becomes excessively high, the device automatically trips to prevent bearing damage and ensure stable operation.
The eccentric magnetic roller uses strong permanent NdFeB magnets as the magnetic source, providing stable and long-lasting magnetic performance for the separation process.
Other Advantages
Ferromagnetic metal separation capability: Eddy current separation is based on two important physical phenomena: a time-varying alternating magnetic field is always accompanied by an alternating electric field, and a current-carrying conductor generates a magnetic field. The equipment adopts an eccentric magnetic roller, and the matching conveyor is also equipped with a magnetic roller to remove ferromagnetic metals. If the material contains a small amount of ferromagnetic metal, the eccentric eddy current separator can separate it out.
Modular design: The open-and-close door with a perspective window modular design allows operators to observe the operating condition in real time, facilitates maintenance and repair, and improves maintainability.
Separation performance: The equipment meets separation efficiency requirements, offers stable performance, low failure rate, and long service life.
Customization: The equipment can be customized according to user requirements. For non-standard machined parts such as eccentric spindles, magnetic roller assemblies, or adjustable baffle components used in eddy current separator systems, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining services based on customer drawings.
