Utilizing fluidization technology, the FL series fluid bed granulator-dryer performs mixing, granulating, coating, and drying consecutively within a closed chamber. Due to its high heat and mass transfer efficiency, it is widely utilized across pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical processing industries:

1. Pharmaceutical Granulation and Coating
In solid dosage manufacturing, this equipment is commonly used to produce tablet granules, instant granules, and controlled-release capsule pellets. Pharmaceutical products are highly sensitive to metal ion leaching and dust retention, demanding ultra-smooth contact surfaces that are easy to clean and sanitize. When machining pharmaceutical-grade bowl flanges, quick-clamp piping, and filter cage assemblies to customer drawings, we typically utilize SUS316L stainless steel and polish internal surfaces to Ra ≤0.4μm to eliminate dead zones and ensure GMP compliance.

2. Food Industry Granule Forming
In the food sector, applications include granulated sugar, cocoa powder, instant coffee, non-dairy creamer, powdered juice, amino acid additives, complex seasonings, and puffed food pellets. Because food-grade ingredients are often rich in sugar or lipids, they tend to soften and absorb moisture when heated during fluidization. This places strict demands on the precision of the bottom air distribution plate-uniform hole spacing and burr-free perforations provide balanced airflow distribution, effectively preventing localized overheating and material caking.

3. Agrochemical, Pigment, and Dye Granulation
In the production of water-dispersible granules (WDG), organic/inorganic pigments, and dye additives, process media often involve acid/alkali corrosion or abrasive crystalline particulates. Under continuous high-velocity gas-solid erosion, standard stainless steel spray nozzles are prone to wear and orifice expansion. For these demanding environments, Hansheng Automation custom-machines wear-resistant atomizing nozzles and corrosion-resistant valve cores from Hastelloy C-276, titanium alloys, or duplex stainless steels based on customer engineering drawings, ensuring precise mechanical tolerances and prolonged service life.

4. Powder and Lump Material Drying
Beyond granulation and coating, the system serves directly as a high-efficiency drying unit for chemical crystals, raw powders, and wet filter cakes. Operating under continuous negative pressure and alternating thermal stresses, internal mating components such as pneumatic sealing flap shafts and guide bushings require precise geometric tolerances to maintain system airtightness and stable long-term operation.
