UV inkjet printers in food and beverage mainly address six things: stable marking in complex environments, legal label requirements, multiple packaging materials, high-speed filling lines, moisture and temperature changes, and hygiene plus tough conditions.

Complex production environments and label requirements
Food and beverage production environments vary and place high demands on marking equipment. A UV inkjet printer must work reliably in these conditions. Regulations set clear label requirements. Production date, shelf life, and batch number must be legible and consistent with the overall package appearance. The printer must apply this information accurately on different materials.

Multiple packaging materials
Packaging materials include glass, plastic bottles, film-laminated cartons, cans, and shrink film. A UV inkjet printer must provide a suitable inkjet or laser coding solution for each material. With different inks, it can produce clear, durable marks on many materials. If print head mounts, brackets, adjustment seats, or stainless steel guards need machining to drawing, we can handle single pieces or small batches from customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports materials such as 304/316 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with tolerances and surface treatment controlled by the drawing. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.

High-speed filling lines
Beer and beverage plants often run multiple high-speed filling lines at tens of thousands of bottles per hour. A UV inkjet printer must keep up with this pace and maintain accurate marking and stable efficiency. The printer and ink must match line speed so marks stay clear and durable.

Moisture and temperature changes
During beverage production, moisture and changing temperatures can condense on the material to be marked and affect mark quality. UV inkjet printers use pressurized print heads and stainless steel housings to seal as much as possible. When needed, an auxiliary film helps the ink keep good adhesion even if condensation forms again on the surface.

Hygiene and vibration
Food and beverage plants have strict hygiene requirements. A UV inkjet printer must suit this environment and keep production hygienic and safe. During selection, check vibration damping between the printer and the production line to ensure stable operation. Some models are designed for water cleaning and can be washed together with production equipment and the environment to meet hygiene requirements.

Resistance to high humidity and dust
Food and beverage workshops can be humid and dusty. A UV inkjet printer must tolerate these conditions and keep working in harsh environments. Inks must be safe and reliable and meet relevant standards to ensure product safety and compliance.

Beyond inkjet printer parts, our drawing-based custom machining also covers filling machinery parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, food processing equipment parts, pharmaceutical packaging equipment parts, yacht hardware, and RC car structural parts. We machine single pieces and small batches to drawing for equipment builders and production lines. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.
