Follow these steps to remove the light strip. This work should be done by trained personnel.

  • Turn off the laser cutting machine power to make sure the equipment is de-energized.
  • Remove the outer casing of the laser cutting machine. Usually use a screwdriver to remove the casing screws.
  • Locate the light strip. It is usually connected to the circuit board between the laser head and the power supply. The circuit board needs to be removed first.
  • Use tweezers or your fingers to gently pull out the connectors at both ends of the light strip. Do not use too much force, or you may damage the circuit board or the light strip.
  • After removing the light strip, clean the connectors and the light strip interface so the next installation connects firmly.
  • Reinstall the outer casing of the laser cutting machine and power it on again for testing.

Safety note: Confirm the power is off before work. Avoid live work. If you are not familiar with the internal structure, have a professional handle it.
