To adjust the vertical movement speed of the screen frame, follow these steps:
Place the screen frame on the machine. Make sure the horizontal bar on the machine aligns with the top of the screen frame, then secure the frame in place.
On the control panel, locate the settings for the screen frame lifting cylinder.
Adjust the air pressure of the lifting cylinder. Higher air pressure increases the rising speed of the screen frame, while lower pressure reduces it. Begin with a low pressure setting and gradually increase it while checking both the upward and downward movement speeds. Once a suitable speed is confirmed, lock the pressure setting to avoid variations during printing.
